The clerk at the Sebastian pick up location was exceptional. He went out of his way to help us.
The customer service from Kyle great. However, I was given a car that was covered with bugs in the front and 1/8 of a tank of gas. He apologized for not having time to clean or gas up the car. He did have other cars to offer me. I was the last client of the day. The car hesitated very badly whenever you tried to pull off. But by this time it was Saturday and a holiday weekend. The offices were closed. We had to drive it to Orlando. First time I ever got a car from them that I was completely disappointed with. I even turned it a day early to prevent having to drive it any longer.
