Had 2 techs out to replace existing low voltage wire for 8 existing landscape lights because it wasn't buried deep enough originally and was being cut by lawn care personnel. I even provided the new heavier duty wire to get the job done. They cut into our Invisible Fence, which I told them about multiple times early on, then had to spend an hour or more locating the breaks and repairing them (which I also paid for) and ended up with a nearly $1,200 bill for 2 electricians to replace highly accessible wire a few inches below the surface of the grass, one landscape light that is still inoperative and the rest of our job request (two ceiling fan switch repairs) completely unaddressed. Sorry, but we feel we did not get our money's worth this go around. I'm sure they're a good company, as others have written, but we got charged a lot for a job poorly done in an untimely manner. I've texted Justin 3 times in the past 5 days with no response. Previously, he said he would be over to assess the situation and nothing since. It's 2017, maybe this is the" new normal."
Spent over 15000.00 on a generator. Service after the sale is horrible. Can not get anyone to call me back. Told message was passed on to the owner. He is the one failing to call back. I guess the issues go all the way to the top. Many people in my neighborhood asking where I got my generator. Nothing good to say at this point.

I left a message for Michael Macleary, the Service Manager at Complete Electric in Sebastian, and he called me back almost immediately. He was very concerned about our satisfaction and had Brad come out the next day to finish the fan wiring and install the remaining outdoor landscape lighting. Both jobs were completed to our satisfaction and as a goodwill gesture, Mike gave us a reduced hourly fee for the work. Mike also clarified that if there is ever a problem on site, to not text the service technician, but rather to call the company directly and immediately for fastest response.
After an initial problem, Mike McCleary helped us get everything done to our complete satisfaction. Kevin did the work and was a pleasure to deal with. Will continue to use Complete.

We very much appreciate companies that respond to customer issues in a timely and thorough manner and Complete Electric did just that. We also understand that there are people that complain just to get free stuff and/or are just never happy with anything someone does for them. We are NOT that type on any level. We would recommend Complete Electric wholeheartedly at this point because we feel we know their "heart" and desire to please their clients.
