Awesome Store, Great Customer Service. We have been customers for over 5 years from mailbox to shipping to printing services we have received A+++ service. If you don't like paying for your box to be taped, tape it before shipping your items out (review below). Would recommend this store to everyone!!
Google search shows that this store is open until 6:30...the sign on the door says 5pm. At 5:15, there was still a customer inside, but the door was locked and the woman behind the counter just stared at me as I struggled with a box and tried to get in. So much for getting a box mailed on time.
I have used UPS in the past. All ways a great experience. I just found out you can use UPS to return your Comcast equipment. They will package it for you and sent it back to Comcast at no cost!
Our church uses the UPS store to print EVERYTHING. I email it. They bill my credit card and someone from the church picks it up and brings it on Sunday. Once, they had a delivery to make near me and dropped off my urgent printing order at my home office! They meet any deadline! They will go over and above expectations! Genuinely caring staff. They love doing what they do and it shows!
I have been a customer for over a year now. The crew at the UPS Store is very helpful. I have always received outstanding service from the use of my mailbox there to printing and shipping needs. Very clean and well kept. (I would not be able to make that statement about other shipping facilities in Sebastian.) I highly recommend using this store for all of your shipping and printing needs.
