I am so impressed with the beauty of the arrangements from Paradise. Debbie is so pleasant and really makes sure the customer is happy. They have a few friendly people working there and I love the value of the the product they produce! Thank you Paradise

Couple hours go by and I get a call from them telling me that they cant deliver to that area so they wont accept the payment. Awesome, well they actually already did accept the payment because its on my cc statement.
First complaint was that I bought a groupon and went to use it but no where gave me a coupon code to use online, no problem, probably groupons fault. So I called the florist company and they told me that no I could only use the Groupon in store. Didnt offer me any help or try to make it work out, just gave me that info and that was it.
You can never go wrong going to Paradise! I love this place!
...Okay well maybe put that on your groupon offer. Any way I still wanted to buy something for my sister in laws birthday. So the website says "we offer floral delivery nationwide and to most foreign countries." (copied directly from site)
Cut flower arrangements were ordered from out of state by tele floral on 2 different occasions with the arrangements being made up and delivered by Paradise Florist & Gifts. The 1st arrangement was never made up or delivered. My daughter had to call her florist in PA to find out why the arrangement was never received. Upon her complaint the florist in PA had to get Paradise Florist & Gifts to make up and deliver the arrangement but it was a week late. The second purchase was for Easter this past Sunday. It was ordered the Monday before but was not delivered until after my daughter called to complain again that the arrangement was not delivered. I received the arrangement at 8:15 pm Saturday night before Easter. It is now 2 days later and all of the flowers the dead. I will be telling my daughter to not use this florist in the future.
I went to order and was able to type in the delivery address, no problem, nothing telling me they couldnt deliver to that area on the date that I picked.
