Great place to take the kids to splash around and have some fun. Super affordable, around $10 admission for myself and two kids, but they do offer annual passes as well I've heard. They have a water playground area with a slide and all kinds of waterfalls, perfect for toddlers on up to the big kids. There are 4 water slides (I believe the height requirement is 42".... but I may be off on that), a lap pool with lanes, 4 diving boards (2 standard and 2 high- but every time I've been there they only have one of each open). You can bring food in with you in a cooler, or they do have a little hot dog stand you can buy food at. There are picnic tables and lounge chairs (first come, first serve) and also pavilions you can rent for birthday parties and whatnot. Just make sure to check the hours or call, because sometimes the kiddie pool and slides are open at later times than the lap pool, or they were once closed for a private event when I had driven all the way there and it was during their posted, normal operation hours, so now I always call first!)
Fun place to take the kids. It has a play area for smaller kids and it has slides, diving boards and lap lanes. There is a small concession but I believe you are able to bring in food and drinks as we saw many people with outdoor food.
Very nice pool. Plenty of deck space for tents and chairs.
I thought the aquatic center itself was great. We came as a group of 20 and we all had fun until a very rude man from the concession stand told us we could no longer go down the slide and wait for our kids. He said "if they can't swim, they can't go down the slide". Most of our children could swim, but they were still being dragged under from the current. We were there for about 4 hours and used the slide repeatedly with no issues from the 6 or so different life guards who said it was ok. I saw a young boy go down the slide and you could clearly see he was struggling to keep his head above water bc of the current and the life guards just sat there and watched him, they didn't even attempt to help him. A woman that was by the rope went to the other side and helped him. I think you need new life guards who will actually jump into action like they are supposed to. And there apparently needs to be staff meeting if they all think it's ok for parents to go down first to prevent their child from drowning (bc some one needs to), if in fact it isn't.
County pool with a kids area, baseball and soccer fields and a playground. Fun for all
