We sent an employee to drop off a small package to go via FedEx Ground on Thurs, 4/27. He arrived at 4:50 PM and the store was closed, despite the hours clearly marked on the window that they close at 5:00 PM. VERY POOR SERVICE!

We were sent to Pack Mart afree going to a bank to get some papers notarized. The lady on duty was so friendly and helpful!! Plus we sent our papers via FedEx. Very pleased with service. Busy place but not a big wait
