My experience is as follows: After buying our first RV in the beginning of June, we experienced some mechanical problems. Breezeway was the closest park and told us they had a spot for us through September 1st. They quoted us $525 a month. Because it was close and this gave us time to work on our RV this seemed like a great fit.

I would stay away by all means, and am hesitant to even go back and visit friends for fear of harassment.

No facilities. Broken Dock. Most people were rude. The only folks that seemed to welcome us were other people visiting. Really more of a year round trailer park than RV/visitor friendly locale.

I have been staying at Breezeway for about 2 years. It's a great place to stay. The owner and park manager are both great and friendly people. The fishing dock is awesome. There's a beautiful view of the river to. It's a really great place to stay.

I notice a 1 star by a Mr. Roy and was really very surprised. He forgot to mention that he was parked in a grocery store parking lot when he move to the Breezeway and in the process of moving in he hit the electric meter post and practically knocked it to the ground and got hung up. And his fellow residence got together and got him off of the cinder block electric apparatus. That they managed to fix the post at no expense to him! He had little or no experience in driving this monster. He forgot that there are taxes added to the $187.00 bill. I can't imagine him being told that the lot rent was only $525 a month. It has been $550 as long as I have been here and that is for the last 18 months. It is a very clean park, everyone watches out for everyone, The Hostess is very cordial and polite, and does everything within her power to accommodate! It is located close to stores, has a beautiful view of the Sunrise, the property is very well kept! It is a 55 and over park. People keep coming back year after year for some reason! So sorry you didn't appreciate your stay and the help you received when you were in dire straights! I love my park and my hostess! We won't be leaving anytime soon! I noticed that some of these reviews are loaded with falsehoods. The fishing dock is very well maintained, and quaint. You can go to the Camelot for big $$$s and as long as you RV is no older than 10 yrs old.

This was our first first trailer park experience. We were lied too and cheated by the manager and her cronies. So grateful to have found a much nicer park!

The morning we had to leave, one of the self-appointed property managers (a woman with more Jeff Gordon tattoos than the entire state of Connecticut), was knocking on our door at 7:30 AM for updates. They continued to constantly check up on us throughout the day and then tried to charge us for two extra days (which we had paid for and had the receipt to prove it). Upon moving the RV up the road 2 miles we came back to clean up the lot and our trash. At this point Jeff Gordon yelled at us and told us trash was for residents only!!

Upon arrival, Stephanie the "Manager" told us because we had kids (every other weekend), we had to pay the weekly rate of $200 instead. Their website still quotes this price as $185. After about a month, we were told that we had to leave August 1st because someone was coming back early. Stephanie, the told other residents that "She hated lying to us" but one particular resident (her best friend) did not like (our very well behaved, hardly ever there, quiet kids).

Note that is Breezeway TRAILER (not RV) Park.. The positives are the great location and the dock is nice. If you are looking for an RV park There are no public restrooms or showers. They lock the trash dumpster from 6 PM to 8 AM, so essentially if you work a regular job, you have no trash services.
